Library House Jansen, around 1940

Library with a patinated metal structure and dark solid wood shelves, attributed to Maison Jansen. The threaded uprights with brass rings and the side crossbars highlight a sober and elegant architectural aesthetic. The openwork brass gallery at the top adds a refined decorative detail, characteristic of the Maison's productions. Very good overall condition, beautiful original patina.
