Elegant antique compote dish in ironstone from the Hippolyte Boulenger pottery (Choisy-le-Roi), Louis XVI model, featuring a superb blue decoration with birds and floral garlands. A charming piece, typical of period tables, ideal as a centrepiece for presenting fruits, pastries, or simply as a decorative object. Very nice balance with its slender foot and wide bowl, a sought-after model for its delicate and timeless aesthetic. Very good overall condition. No chips, no cracks.
