Eames DKR-2, Alexander Girard wire chair

Exceptional mid-century Charles & Ray Eames DKR-2 chair, featuring the highly sought-after original Alexander Girard upholstery from the 1960s. This is a rare early version, with the exact same Girard fabric as documented in Eames: 1000 Chairs (Taschen). The chair was originally purchased by the first owner in the 1950s/60s, including both the wire bases and the iconic “bikini” upholstery.
