Rectangular coffee table or ottoman with a solid wood stained structure, on four straight legs with a square section, slightly reinforced at the bottom by a discreet projection, characteristic of functional furniture from the 1940s/60s. The seat is padded and covered with a blue and white gingham linen fabric. The rounded corners and the tension of the fabric indicate a careful finish. This type of ottoman, designed as extra seating or a footrest, also serves as a coffee table and naturally finds its place at the foot of a bed, in an entrance, a dressing room, or a living room.
