Sylvain Hublet – sculptural ceramic with four handles, blue glazing,

Superb sculptural ceramic signed by Sylvain Hublet, a French ceramic artist trained at the Beaux-Arts, active from the 1950s. This piece features a powerful volume work, with four handles, combined with a deep blue glaze with green and manganese drips, typical of the Hublet aesthetic. A perfect piece for mid-century, brutalist, or wabi-sabi decor, or to enrich a collection of modern French ceramics. Condition: excellent. Signature: visible under the base. Period: circa 1970-1990.
