1960s gorgeous green ashtray or catch-all by Flavio Poli for Seguso in Murano sommerso glass. Made in Italy. This complex artisanal process allows for the seamless layering of different coloured glass: the piece features a vibrant emerald green core enveloped by a warm, luminous amber-yellow layer, both encased in a thick, hand-cut, and faceted clear glass shell. The sharp geometric lines and the deep reflections created by the glass prism transform it from a simple functional object into a true luminous sculpture.
