Small side table / End table in Hollywood Regency style

Small serving table in Hollywood Regency style, mid-20th century, attributed to Pierre Vandel. This small serving table (or side table) was designed and manufactured in France in the 1970s. Its clean and simple lines are inspired by the industrial minimalist style, combining steel and glass, which was very fashionable at that time in architecture. However, its designer successfully integrated it into luxury interior furniture by adding gilded brass lined internally with silver chrome metal, giving it a timeless chic. It consists of three glass shelves, with the upper and lower tops featuring a mirrored glass border that adds to its elegance. There are some signs of oxidation on one of the mirrored edges. Similarly, the metal has some usage scratches consistent with the age of the furniture, but these signs of time do not detract from the overall appearance of the serving table. It is matched with a larger rolling serving table of the same design, which I am also offering for sale.
