Small jump cabinet in precious wood marquetry.

Elegant small commode with precious wood marquetry in transitional style. Early 20th century. Topped with a breccia marble in orange tones, intact and removable, with a moulded edge in the shape of a Corbin beak. It opens at the front with two drawers featuring pull rings crafted in a golden rosette. Key present and functional only for the upper drawer. The front is described as protruding (the central part slightly advances compared to the sides, characteristic of the transition style towards Louis XV style), decorated with small flowers and checkerboards. It rests on four curved feet ending in small gilded bronze sabot. Perfect stability. There is a decorative gilded bronze on the lower apron and finely chiselled falls on the uprights.
