Lyre-shaped dressing table in solid Cuban mahogany from the Directoire period

A charming lyre-shaped dressing table in solid Cuban mahogany from the Directoire period, in excellent condition, both aesthetically and functionally. It opens to reveal three niches beneath drop-front doors, which open to reveal a central mirror, a leather-lined pull-out shelf above a drawer beneath the frieze, and a storage compartment in the crossbar between the two lyre-shaped legs. Dimensions: 47 cm wide x 29.5 cm deep x 73 cm high, and 97 cm high with the mirror in position.
