Totem "Axono"

This sculpture explores the idea of geometric construction through a vertical sequence of interlocking wooden modules. Each segment is sculpted and slightly offset, creating a rhythm of tension and balance that evokes architectural axonometry. The charred surface, achieved through fire, reveals both the fragility and resilience of the material while highlighting the precise geometry of the form. I chose wood for its organic grain and its ability to record transformations. The work invites viewers to reflect on structure, elevation, and the silent power of assembled forms.
