Rare "bilobo" pendant lamp by Tobia Scarpa for Flos in the 1960s. This pendant lamp diffuses a soft light, equipped with a metallized glass diffuser. Its anodized aluminum support incorporates a spring device allowing the glass diffuser to be easily removed. Inspired by the elementary lamps of the Bauhaus, this pendant lamp is distinguished by its unique design that emphasizes the point of attachment of the lampshade to a metal cylinder. The tube, inserted almost without contact inside the glass shade, offers an effective technical and aesthetic solution, in contrast to traditional bolted assemblies. The use of metal- or silica-filled glass gives this lamp a vibrant glow, transforming the space with its light. Functional, European plug. Very good condition. DV1231
