Elegant and sculptural, this "Athena" lamp is an iconic creation by Georgia Jacob, a French designer active in the 1970s. Made of pleated thermoplastic resin in a pastel yellow color, it rests on a circular white marble base. Its undulating silhouette evokes a drape frozen in movement, typical of the artist's organic and sensual style. Original model produced in France, it is stamped under the base with the words "Modèle registred" (Registered Design). The lamp works perfectly (E14 screw socket, max. Power 40W – bulb not included) and is equipped with its original cord with switch. The cable and plug show some signs of use. Discreet restorations are visible under the base, without detracting from the overall aesthetic of the piece. Dimensions: height 52 cm, diameter approximately 18 cm. Condition: good overall condition, some signs of use and restorations visible on the base. Well-preserved resin.
