Art Deco Davidson "Cloud Glass" amber centrepiece bowl – vintage English flower holder

Magnificent antique centrepiece made of pressed moulded glass from the English manufacturer Davidson, featuring "Cloud Glass" decoration in amber and smoky brown marbling. A beautiful Art Deco piece with its removable flower holder ("flower dome") allowing for stunning floral arrangements. The glass exhibits a superb cloudy and opalescent effect on the outside with a glossy finish on the inside, typical of Davidson's English productions. A very decorative piece with a strong presence. A lovely item for Art Deco, vintage chic, or antique glassware collections. Overall vintage condition is good. There are traces of limescale in the base and on the flower holder. Some small chips and nicks on certain rounded parts as well as underneath, visible in the photos. The whole remains quite usable and very decorative, along with chips on the base of the flower holder. Total diameter: 32 cm. Total height: 12 cm. Weight: 2.7 kg.
