Gien France Plates

A touch of spring on your tables with this set of 5 vintage gien france plates: pretty floral patterns on the border, bouquets in burgundy red, yellow, green and blue tones and charming blue borders. Stamped gien france with the castle with three towers which allows us to date this production in the period 1938-1960. Good condition, a slight chip under the bottom of one of the plates but not very visible. As with some iron earth plates, time has marbled the color of the plates but this gives them the charm of the old. Diameter 19.5 cms.
