Rare and authentic small vintage table lamp (circa 1960-1970) made entirely of genuine natural alabaster from Volterra, a historic center of Italian craftsmanship. This high-end nightlight or ambient lamp features a turned baluster base and a dome forming a complete cylindrical lampshade, also sculpted from solid alabaster. The remarkable specificity of this model lies in its elegant floral decoration, either screen-printed or hand-painted on the front, depicting a delicate bouquet of pansies and wildflowers in soft retro shades (mauve, ochre, blue-gray). Thanks to the unique opaline and semi-translucent properties of natural alabaster, the lamp emits a soft, warm, and incredibly diffused light when illuminated, beautifully highlighting the natural veining of the stone.
