We are delighted to offer for sale this magnificent pair of lacquered torchère columns in Chinese Chinoiserie neoclassical style, dating from the early 20th century, around the 1920s. These pillars are among the most decorative ever seen. Usually simple, designed as pedestals for flowers and antiques, this pair is decorated from top to bottom, with even the tops painted to resemble marble. The condition is very good with some signs of patina due to age, but they remain exquisite examples. Dimensions height: 91.5 cm, width: 33 cm, depth: 33 cm.
