Mushroom floor lamp Space Age Mid-Century by Hala

Very rare mushroom floor lamp in acrylic glass from the Dutch brand Hala. The mushroom lampshades in plexiglass can be oriented in any direction and can be raised or lowered along the stand. The foot switch allows the lights to be turned on simultaneously or separately. The lamp requires two E27 bulbs and currently has a EU plug. Hala was founded by designer Herman Theodoor Jan Anthoin Busquet; Hala has become known for innovative and forward-looking lighting designs. The floor lamp versions of their mushroom lamps have been produced in much smaller quantities than the more common table models, making this particular example especially rare today.
