An elegant silver-plated ice bucket by Mauro Manetti, the renowned Florentine designer active in the 1960s and 70s. This cylindrical model features a relief imitating bamboo stalks across its entire exterior, with a finely chiseled lid reminiscent of woven fabric, topped with a handle shaped like stylized leaves. The interior is lined with a smooth metal shell, designed to withstand contact with ice. The piece is marked with the monogram "MM, " the inscription "Made in Italy, " and "Italy, " confirming its origin. It measures 22 cm in height (including the handle) and 13 cm in diameter. The bucket is in very good overall condition, with a uniform patina and some minor signs of wear consistent with its age. The lid fits perfectly. A decorative and functional object emblematic of Manetti's work, whose nature-inspired silver creations are highly sought after today.
