1950s Desk by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, Netherlands

A lovely desk designed by cees braakman, manufactured by pastoe in the netherlands around 1950. This eye-catching piece has a very appealing, modern design. Made of high quality teak and black wood, complimented by white drawers. The piece stands on chrome plated metal hairpin legs with rubber leg ends and the drawers have thin metal handles. All together this gives the desk a harmonious design, the materials and shapes compliment eachother greatly! An eye-catching addition to the office space. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
