Antique Art Nouveau Dressing Table with Marble Top and Floral Ceramic Tiles. This elegant dressing table is a fine example of English Art Nouveau design, dating from the late Victorian to early Edwardian period (circa 1895–1910). The piece features a white marble top, a central beveled mirror, and a stunning tiled back panel with stylised floral motifs in green, ochre and cream. The hand-glazed majolica tiles are typical of the Art Nouveau movement and give this piece a distinctive decorative flair. The turned legs, carved details and original castors add to its period charm. With both a drawer and lower cabinet, it offers practical storage as well as visual impact. A beautiful and versatile piece — ideal as a dressing table, console or statement side table in any interior. Condition. Excellent overall condition. There is a visible split in the bottom panel of the cabinet, as shown in the photos, which is stable and non-structural. Origin & Materials. Made in England, circa 1895–1910. Solid wood (likely walnut or mahogany), with original majolica tiles and a white marble top.
