Dressing table in solid cherry wood, Empire style – early 19th century

This empire dressing table in blond cherry opens at the waist with a long concealed drawer. It is distinguished by its large pivoting mirror framed with a mitered cut. The latter is supported by two cylindrical columns topped with spinning tops and decorated with chiseled bronze rings. The front uprights are placed on a concave base on the front ending with wafer feet. These two columns are accompanied by ornate rings at the top and collars at the bottom.
