4 cups Denby-Langley Country Cuisine Vintage English 1982-1983

Rare set of 4 cups from the British manufacturer Denby-Langley, from the Country Cuisine collection, which was produced only between 1982 and 1983. An uncommon model, sought after by enthusiasts of English ceramics and Denby collectors. Made of vitrified stoneware, they feature a tall conical silhouette, a flared rim, and a square geometric handle with rounded corners. Their two-tone finish combines a glossy chocolate brown glaze with a delicately speckled oat beige body, having a satin appearance. The raw stoneware base and the black stamp "Denby England" underneath attest to their British manufacture. Their architectural design with natural tones fits within the Mid-Century Modern spirit and the organic design of the 1980s. Pieces that are as functional as they are decorative, ideal for completing a vintage collection. 3 cups in perfect condition.
