Golden wood mirror, Louis XVl style, early 20th century

Nice little mirror to hang, gilded wood, designed in the taste of Louis XVI. Its pediment is decorated with various ornaments, representing, in the center, a heart, associated with clovers surrounded by spirals. The whole thing is adorned with a laurel wreath. The mercury ice of this property is in perfect condition, and surrounds itself with a rectangular frame. The latter is ground and embellished on the inside of a discreetly scalloped frieze. The lower corners of this decorative object are accompanied by pine cones and more abstract shapes. On the back, it has a ring necessary for its installation. You will appreciate the reasonable dimensions of this charming golden mirror, which will easily adapt to any style of living. Period: early 20th century. Excellent condition. Ref: 121 S
