Sugar bowl made of ceramic stoneware designed by Jens H Quistgaard. The "Relief" series was designed for Kronjyden Nissen in Denmark in 1957. This is the original model when Bing & Grøndahl took over production in the 1960s. The design has a charming abstract leaf motif, coated with a beautiful light gray glaze. The sugar bowl has a metal handle with braided wood. The bowl is 9.5 cm in height and 9 cm in diameter and weighs 325 grams. No chips, cracks or other defects, even the braid is intact, very rare, this is in excellent condition. Will be packaged securely and shipped with insurance.
