Art Deco oak sideboard/buffet restored

Art Deco sideboard in solid oak, with geometric lines typical of the period. It features floral engravings, stepped legs, and side carvings that frame the upper section of the piece. The slightly pitted, beveled mirror is set in slots designed for this purpose and can be completely removed, as can the carved panel on which it rests—a charming period detail. This type of sideboard was often used in dining rooms during the 1930s and 40s to add depth and light to the room. Two drawers in the upper section and two hinged doors provide ample storage space. A piece of furniture full of character and presence, ideal for a large entryway, bedroom, or dining room.
