Very beautiful large and massive vase in alabaster/yellowish marble, with translucent veins, hand-carved, in the shape of a Medicis vase in the Belle Époque style, with a rim decorated with stylised leaves, as well as the base of the cup. Large massive foot. Interior fitting allowing it to be converted into a lamp (to be electrified) or can serve as a planter/cache-pot or large vase by placing a cut bottle inside, for example. Vintage/antique, from the 1930s/40s, Italian craftsmanship. 36cm in height, 21cm interior (max at the top) + 20cm interior height, 16cm diameter of the base. Very good overall condition, a small discreet chip on the edge of one leaf and a few small very discreet and superficial chips on the rim. Approximately 7.5kg.
