Description
The ceramics are in good condition, no cracks. Note four small enamel jumps of a few millimeters on the outer edge of the neck, which reveal the earth. It is an artist's ceramic, which was turned, then enamelled afterwards, with a beautiful white enamel slightly translucent in places, revealing the traces of the brush, and embellished with a very pure graphic frieze of pastel colors. The decoration of the small standing vase is pictorial, very free. This is sensitive and delicate work. The piece is signed in black under enamel cécile midas, who officiated in royan, in the ceramics workshop she had created just after the war. She developed a very personal work, until the 80s. The piece dates from the 50s.
