A solid oak stool with a beautiful complexity in its structure. The changing grain of the oak gives it a lovely appearance. This stool is a good example of fine craftsmanship and the minimalist style of Scandinavian furniture. The oak bench was designed by Carl Gustaf Boulogner and produced by Ab Bröderna Wigells Stolfabrik in Sweden in the 1950s. In very good restored condition with a lovely patina.
