Vintage stoneware bottle with flamed glaze, France 1950-1970.

Very pretty decorative bottle in glazed stoneware, made in France, accompanied by its matching ceramic and cork stopper. Vintage from the 1950s-1970s. Beautiful elongated shape inspired by the amphora, with a high neck framed by two vertical handles. Particularly successful flamed enamel decoration, blending shades of grey, brown, blue, mauve, and ochre, with lovely drips. The stopper features the same decoration and harmoniously completes the whole. Unmarked work, in the spirit of French artisanal productions from the second half of the 20th century. 29cm in height with stopper, 24cm in height without stopper, 11.5-12cm maximum diameter. Very good overall condition, only noting a minor accident on the lower edge of the stopper, discreet. 470g.
