Sculptural vase in transparent solid glass by designer Václav Hanuš for the Heřmanova Huť glassworks in Czechoslovakia. Created in 1960, its geometric design and play of transparency are emblematic of the Czechoslovak glass quality of the time. Its thick walls and wavy reliefs beautifully capture light, making it a robust and elegant decorative object. The item has a very nice overall appearance despite two small chips on the base, visible in the detail photos, which do not affect the stability of the piece. Height: 20cm Diameter: 13cm.
