Superb pitcher or carafe in the shape of a melon. Signed under the base by the LONGCHAMP Manufacture - Circa 1960. Yellow and green glazed earthenware with a polychrome grand feu decoration featuring fluting, a stem handle, and a spout opening shaped like a leaf. Good vintage condition, no cracks or significant chips, but note some fine surface hairline marks under the base, though nothing serious: See descriptive photos.
