Legras Montjoye vase model Belfort Art Nouveau circa 1900

Elegant Art Nouveau vase by Legras & Cie – Montjoye, model Belfort, made at the glassworks in Saint-Denis around 1900. Emerald green glass with floral decoration in thick polychrome enamels in relief, enhanced with rich gilding. Beautiful elongated shape with a square neck and rounded corners. Very good overall condition: no chips or cracks. Old crazing of the enamels and occasional wear to the gilding, consistent with age. Height: 28.5 cm. Base diameter: 11.5 cm. Weight: 780 g.
