This charming antique vase is made of black opaline glass, mouth-blown. This vase likely comes from a glass and opaline factory such as Meisenthal, Vierzon, Vallerysthal, or Portieux. It is adorned with cold-painted flowers in polychrome. In generally good condition, it measures approximately 30 X 15 cm in diameter. Notably: there is a mark from the blowing rod at the base and a slight deposit inside the vase. The decoration is partially chipped.
