Armchair Model 401 by Théo Ruth for Artifort. Ruth created it in the 1950s. Its design helped modernise furniture from the 1950s onwards. Artifort is a very famous international publisher based in the Netherlands that still designs and manufactures (it is the main publisher of Pierre Paulin). Enveloping and very comfortable armchair. Seat in excellent condition. I would like to point out that the photos provided enhance the armchair and that the fabric is a bit more faded than shown in the photos. The last photo better represents the exact condition of the fabric, which remains in excellent condition (the price takes into account the non-new aspect of the fabric).
