Egyptian cross or Ankh

A handmade Egyptian cross made of Egyptian sycamore wood, used by the Egyptians to symbolize life. They believed that their time on earth was only part of a greater eternal life. This cross of life therefore symbolizes not only their mortal existence on earth, but also their immortal existence in the afterlife.
