A handsome floor lamp by the Swedish lighting manufacturer Belid, model G295. The lamp is constructed from brass, with the light source held by an elegantly curved arm rising from a slender dual-rod stem. The arm can be swivelled a full 360 degrees and adjusted in height via a simple clamp mechanism, allowing the light to be raised, lowered, or turned as needed. The generous cream-toned linen shade sits atop the arm and diffuses a warm, ambient glow.The underside of the fitting is stamped “BELID, TYP G295” along with Nordic approval markings, confirming both maker and model.The lamp is in very good vintage condition, with some light wear to the brass in places, consistent with age.
