Vintage Scandinavian floor lamp, '60s

Brass structure with cylindrical stem, circular base and white fabric lampshade. Swedish production, '60. Clean lines and balanced proportions define this Swedish floor lamp from the 1960s. The cylindrical stem rises from a low circular base, while the white fabric lampshade provides a soft and even diffusion of light, enhancing the restrained character of the design. Its overall composition reflects the principles of Scandinavian design of the period, where functionality, quality materials and the reduction of decorative elements were central to the project. The base retains its original Swedish electrical safety certification label, confirming that the lamp was produced for the domestic market. The current lampshade is a later replacement, selected to respect the original proportions and aesthetic language of the lamp while preserving its visual balance. Good condition.
