Set of 4 Mid-Century 1970’s dining chairs by Schreiber Furniture

Founded in 1957 by Chaim Schreiber, Schreiber furniture is an great British success story. The Company was one of the biggest names in furniture in the 1970s, rivalling manufacturers like G Plan. At one stage they had 280 Schreiber Furniture Centre shops throughout UK. These dining chairs are typical of the Schreiber style. Light coloured solid beech with black leatherette upholstery and a 3 rung back rest. The chairs have been re-upholstered with new leatherette which is identical to the original. Material. Beech. Leatherette. Condition: Very good Mid-Century condition with only minor signs of age and use. Structurally sound. Any damage, however minor, is always noted in the description.
