Armchairs model 168 "Jadtstol" by Kurt Østervig for KP Mobler - 1960s

Magnificent pair of armchairs model 168 known as "Jadtstol" by Kurt Østervig for KP Mobler from the 1960s. This pair of hunting chairs, typical of Danish furniture, consists of an oak wood frame on which rests a seat and backrest in cognac leather. This pair is in good vintage condition. It has no missing parts and very few signs of wear; however, a tear in the leather has been restored on one of the two chairs, as visible in the photos. The restoration allows for complete and trouble-free use of the chair. We preferred to restore this original leather rather than change and alter the patina of the chair in order to preserve its authenticity and history.
