superb pair of chairs in the Louis XVI style from the late 18th century they are in good condition there is just some missing lacquer in places with signs of use the legs are tapered and fluted topped with a pine cone shape on the backrest featuring a lyre decoration constructed from solid wood, handcrafted original webbing the patina is original the seats are a bit low but also original it is a very beautiful pair they measure 46 cm wide by 46 cm deep and 90 cm high the seat height is 39 cm
