Superb round dish godronnée or melonnière of the manufacture of nevers montagnon. Signed gm for gabriel montagnon. Rouen décor. Late 19th century. This pretty melonnière can be hung (its hook is always available), be a centerpiece or a pretty fruit or paper basket. The handles are represented by slurry fish. A lot of elegance and know-how in this pretty dish. In good condition with a small defect taken in close-up photo, a piece of enamel that has been glued back together. Dimension: Diameter: 34cm.
