Rare ironstone plate from the brown westhead moore and co bwm&c factory. Superb decoration known as pomona, showing large fruits on leafy branches, with insect. The "diamond mark" dates them to 1875. Stamped on the back. In very good condition, beautiful shine, manufacturing defect on the front edge and slight chip on the back but not disturbing in any way since it is on the back (see photo details).
