Vintage Space Age ceiling lamp by Motoko Ishii for Staff

Suspension or imposing wall light from the mid-century made by staff according to a design by Japanese designer Motoko Ishii. This design impresses with its mirror surfaces. The play of reflections creates a particular depth. The reflective surfaces double the elements and enhance the luminous effect. Located on a base plate are cylinders arranged in a grid of the same height. At the upper end of the cylinder, small E14 sockets are screwed onto a glass ball. A special element consists of the screw glass beads that protect the lamp and optically enlarge it. The small E14 bulbs take on the appearance of a luminous globe. The transparent volume gives the entire design a certain lightness. This lamp can be mounted on the ceiling or the wall.
