ARP armchair (Atelier de Recherche Plastique: Guariche, Mortier and Motte) Model "642" from Steiner editions, 1950s. Base in black lacquered metal, structure covered in slightly bluish grey short velvet with embedded red geometric patterns. In very good overall condition, complete refurbishment carried out a few years ago. Dimensions: W.76 x D.76 x H.87 cm (seat height and depth: 42 & 52 cm).
