Pastel on paper circa 1900 Post-Impressionist Train Station and Train signed

Very beautiful dry pastel, entirely in the impressionist style. The work is dated (1908 I think), presumably located and signed, but the writing is unfortunately difficult to decipher. Presented in an old frame (with "bubbled" glass, some signs of wear). Dimensions of the view: 22 x 28.5 cm, with frame: 31 x 37 cm.
