Sven Ellekaer vintage modular teak chest of drawers / sideboard

This is a beautiful modular chest of drawers, matching the 'Excellent' shelving system by Sven Ellekaer for Hans Albert Hansen, Vejen, Denmark. Teak on high-quality board. Beautifully crafted handles. Four beautifully assembled drawers, two of which are felt-lined, provide ample storage for high-quality cutlery. The lower drawer has a removable tray for everyday use. This piece of furniture is designed as a module for the Sven Ellekaer shelving system and, with a module width of 99.8 cm, fits perfectly into the wider version of the system. Dimensions: Width: 99.8 cm Height: 73 cm Depth: 40 cm Condition: Good condition, with some age-related signs of wear. All surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned, finely sanded, and then impregnated with hard oil. Some superficial scratches may still be present.
