Designed by Nils Jonsson for Troeds in the 1960s, the “Trento” sideboard is crafted in teak and features two sliding doors and five side drawers. The front is characterized by handles integrated into the wood, while the cabinet is supported by tapered legs. It retains the original Troeds label. The “Trento” model belongs to Troeds’ production of the 1960s and emerged from the company’s collaboration with Nils Jonsson, a designer who contributed significantly to the identity of the Swedish manufacturer. The teak front combines two sliding doors with five side drawers, creating an asymmetrical composition enhanced by handles integrated directly into the wood. Inside, the compartments are fitted with shelves; the drawers feature dovetail joints, while the top drawer is fitted with dividers. Tapered legs complete a design in which functionality and precise craftsmanship translate into particularly balanced lines. It retains the original Troeds label indicating the “Trento” model, designer Nils Jonsson and Swedish production. Good condition. It may show signs of age. Please pay attention to the photographs.
