Pair of Rampe armchairs in cherry wood – high-end fabric

As a lot. Elegant pair of "rampe" armchairs, custom-made by a nantes cabinetmaker in the 1990s. A rare model, made of stained cherry wood, with a generous seat and an enveloping backrest. Originally, the studding was done entirely by hand, in the artisanal tradition. During the restoration of the trimmings in 2017, the studding was replaced with a sewn braid, more understated but respectful of the original style. High-end fabric (buat-u-régale), in excellent condition. An ideal piece for a classic chic living room, a library, or a refined bedroom.
