19th century Restoration period flat desk

Sober and elegant, this flat desk is from the restoration period and is sold with its chair in carved walnut. 19th century period. Opening in the belt with a large drawer (height under belt, 57 cm). The key is present and the lock is functional. Its top is covered with a leather top, color, burgundy (in used condition, see photo), thus offering a comfortable work surface. It rests on 4 turned rudenté legs, thus bringing a touch of lightness to the whole piece of furniture. Perfect stability. Beautiful patina of the wood, with a waxed finish, which suggests that this desk has crossed time with grace. Sold with its chair, fluted, in carved walnut.
