19th century solid mahogany desk

Elegant and refined, this flat desk is made of solid mahogany in the directoire style. 19th century period. It is topped with a solid mahogany top, covered in dark green moroccan with gilded edges (intact). Thus offering a comfortable and elegant work surface. It opens at the waist with two drawers of good dimensions, providing a nice storage space. The key is present and works for both drawers. It rests on sheathed, straight legs ending in small gilt bronze sabots. Perfect stability. Height under waist: 61 cm.
